Empire Place BOM

Empire place is a unique Block-of-the-Month quilt pattern featuring 18 Art Deco inspired Paper-Pieced Diamond Blocks.
This BOM runs over ten months starting in July 2023 and running until April 2024. Each month for months 1-9 you make one diamond block design in two different colour-ways. Month 10 is completing the setting blocks and the outer coordinating setting triangle blocks. 
This BOM includes a total of 20.17m of fabric (comprising of Tula Pink Solids and Devonstone Solids to complete the quilt top and binding) pattern and all the pre-printed foundation papers.
Backing fabric is not included.
Finished Quilt Size is 72” x 90”.
 
Upon purchasing this item your registration will be completed. The first block will ship to you on the 3rd Tuesday of the July 2023.
 
Total Cost for this BOM is $349.95 (includes the $79.95 initial payment). Please note that postage is additional for this BOM and will be charged at $9.95 per month. Monthly installements of $30 will be sent via PayPal and will be invoiced on the 1st of Tuesday of each month
